Welcome to Guud Support!
We are working as hard as we can to build a full featured support service, but we have a long ways to go. We're a super small team, but we will build out faqs and support articles as quickly as possible! The best way to get a hold of us is to reach out via our official groups (we have 3 of them!), or you can email us at [email protected], but we don't check it as often as we should.
Our current homebase is setup in Va Beach, VA.
1. How do I create a Public Page?
First off, you need to be a paying member since pages post publicly. Once you are, go here to create a page.
2. Want to use FunnelBot AI?
FunnelBot requires a Founding Membership and is facilitated through a public page. Create a page, and then access it via the page manager.
3. Want to run ads on Guud?
Guud Ads is facilitated through a public page. Create a page, and then access it via the page manager.
4. Want to add items to Guud Shopping?
Guud Shopping is facilitated through a public page. Create a page, and then access it via the page manager.
5. Want to create a Course?
Go here to create a course. If you want to charge for your course, you need to be a paying member.
6. Want to create a Private Group?
Go here to create a group.
7. How do I edit my Notifications?
You do that from your Profile. Here is the link to manage notifications
8. Where do I find my Invite Link?
You can find in the header, under friends, and under your profile page. Here is a direct link
9. I ordered something through Guud Shopping...where do I check on the status?
Under the 'orders' tab on your profile page. Here is a direct link
10. Where do I keep track of my Guud Fruit?
You can find that information on your profile page. Here is a direct link
11. Where do I manage the accounts of my family?

12. If you are a Founding Member: Where do I track my earn outs?
You can find that information on your profile page under Guud Fruit. There is a log that details "earned". Payouts for some items are done monthly and some quarterly. Here is a direct link
