Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Content
Our Service allows mentors and students to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). We do not actively monitor all posted content and cannot be responsible for policing or reviewing it. You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure that it complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, and not to engage in harassment, bullying, or any form of intimidation towards other users. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or engage in any conduct that disrupts the Service.

Notifications
Guud uses email and SMS for our notification system. You can opt-out of notifications for ANYONE you follow. To opt-out of SMS notifications, simply reply STOP. However, you can also mark to receive email over SMS in your account settings.

Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Guud. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or communications posted or contained in third-party links.

Guud has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Guud shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the Service, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of the Service, as well as their selection and arrangement, are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and/or other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of such materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Conduct and Account Termination
As a social network, Guud expects its users to maintain a respectful and lawful environment. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behavior on the Service:

- Harassment, bullying, or stalking of other users.
- Posting or sharing content that contains nudity, pornography, or is sexually explicit.
- Engaging in, endorsing, or promoting illegal activities or content.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension or bans.
- Using the Service for any form of fraudulent activity or to impersonate others.
- Sharing or posting any content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.

Guud reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take action against any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in prohibited conduct. This action may include, but is not limited to, the removal of content, suspension, or permanent banning of the account. In instances where an account is suspended or banned, the user may lose access to any content, data, or other materials associated with their account. Additionally, if a user’s account is banned for violating these Terms, they will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees or other payments made to Guud. Guud may also block individuals from creating future accounts using the same email address or phone number that was associated with a banned account. Users are encouraged to report any behavior that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise disruptive to the community.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of prohibited conduct and Guud reserves the right to take action in response to any behavior it deems inappropriate or harmful.

Guud also reserves the right to disclose user information to law enforcement authorities if required by law or if Guud believes that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to protect the safety or rights of its users, the public, or Guud.

Revenue Sharing and Payouts
Guud offers a revenue-sharing program where users can earn our internal currency called “Fruit” through various activities and engagements within the Service. Users have the option to convert “Fruit” to USD for payouts via Venmo.

It is important to note that Venmo is a third-party payment service, and Guud has no control over the policies, actions, or decisions of Venmo. Venmo may have its own terms, conditions, and policies, which users are responsible for reviewing and adhering to.

Guud is not responsible or liable for:
- Any failure on Venmo's part to process or complete a transaction.
- The suspension or termination of Guud's or a user's Venmo account for any reason.
- Delays, errors, or problems that may occur during the transfer of funds from Guud to a user’s Venmo account.
- Any actions taken by Venmo concerning a user’s account, including but not limited to, account suspensions or terminations based on phone numbers.

In the event that Guud is unable to make payouts through Venmo due to issues with Venmo's service, account terminations, or any other reason, Guud will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative method for payouts. However, Guud makes no guarantees and is not obligated to provide an alternative. Users acknowledge and agree that the conversion rate of “Fruit” to USD and the terms of revenue sharing may be changed by Guud at any time at its sole discretion. Users should ensure that they provide accurate information for payouts and should review Venmo's terms and conditions to understand their obligations and the limitations of the service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
